History

Fox's Biscuits was established in 1853 when Michael Spedding opened a small bakery in Batley. In 1960, Fox's Biscuits was acquired by Northern Foods, a major food manufacturing company. In 2011, Northern Foods merged with Greencore Group, and Fox's Biscuits became part of the newly formed company.

In 2020, Fox's Biscuits was acquired by Ferrero SpA, an Italian confectionery company known for brands such as Nutella and Ferrero Rocher. The acquisition aimed to strengthen Ferrero's position in the biscuit market and expand its product portfolio.
