Tranchergaffel, 1640-tal.

Description

Svenska: 1710 års inventarium p. 24, rum III: “ 1 Foder med Jägare knifwar, 1 stoor bred med Curlenske wapn på, 6 Knifwar mindre och 5 gaflar förgylta på skaften”
Gaffel, trekloig med åttkantigt skaft av brunerat stål (ihåligt) ornerat med påslaget blekt guld och silver, skaftets överdel konvex symmetriskt utskjutande åt sidorna. På de två mellansidorna inskription med början på ena sidans överdel: HERZ- IACOBVS IN: LIFLAND ZV- CVRLAND VND SEMIGALLEN. På övriga sidor geometriskt bårdmönster av bågränder och närmast klorna sned-och vinkelställda ränder. På överdelens båda mittsidor ett långsträckt fält med spetsiga ändar. Sidorna i övrigt med ytmönster av rankornament.
Klorna, på kort åttsidig, vid basen insvängd hals, raka med fyrsidigt tvärsnitt, polerade.
Till trancherbestick inv.nr 12274-12285, bestående av sex knivar, fyra tvåkloiga gafflar och en trekloig gaffel.
