Português: Brassica oleracea variedade sabauda, é o nome científico da couve-lombarda, a Rainha das couves de repolho. Este é um bom exemplar de cultura biológica e uma perfeita ilustração da forma e da estrutura das folhas. Outras variedades ou espécies, podem ser frisadas e encrespadas, mas não ter o repolho, e nesse caso, não são couve-lombarda. Ou podem ter repolho, e não ter esta estrutura, e nesse caso serão também provavelmente ou outra variedade, ou cruzamentos com outra variedade. |
