English: In the top, this picture shows what happens in a normal situation (the allergen binds IgE of the mast cell activating it) meanwhile in the bottom it shows what happens while ussing a specific immunotheraphy: an allergy vaccine based on antibodies IgG (IgG binds the allergen so that it does not bind IgE of the mast cell and consequently, it keeps inactive)
