Faisal Shuaib (pronounced: Fay-sal Shu-aib) is a notable figure in the field of public health and immunization. He is best known for his significant contributions to the eradication of polio in Nigeria and his leadership in the country's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Etymology

Career

Faisal Shuaib is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) in Nigeria. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of innovative strategies that have significantly improved the country's healthcare system.
