FGV Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad) is a Malaysian multinational corporation involved in palm oil production, sugar manufacturing, and other agricultural activities. It is one of the world's largest producers of crude palm oil (CPO) and has a significant presence in the global agriculture industry.

History

FGV Holdings was established in 2007 as a commercial arm of the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), a Malaysian government agency responsible for the resettlement of rural poor into newly developed areas and to organize smallholder farms growing cash crops. The company was listed on the Bursa Malaysia in 2012, making it one of the largest initial public offerings (IPOs) in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
