History
Elysian Brewing Company was established in 1995 by Dick Cantwell, David Buhler, and Joe Bisacca. The founders aimed to create a brewery that combined traditional brewing techniques with modern innovation. The original brewery and pub were located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, and the company has since expanded to multiple locations throughout the city.
