Eckart Altenmüller
German neurologist and musicologist

Eckart Altenmüller (born 1955) is a renowned German neurologist and musicologist, known for his pioneering work in the field of music physiology and musician's dystonia. He is a professor and the director of the Institute of Music Physiology and Musicians' Medicine at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media.
