Cuilin Zhang (pronunciation: /ˈkwɪlɪn ˈʒɑːŋ/) is a renowned epidemiologist and biostatistician known for her significant contributions to the field of maternal and child health.

Etymology

The name "Cuilin" is of Chinese origin, with "Cui" meaning "jade" and "lin" meaning "forest". "Zhang" is a common Chinese surname meaning "archer".
