Chronobiology International (pronounced: kroh-noh-bi-ol-uh-jee in-ter-nash-uh-nl) is a scientific journal dedicated to the study of Chronobiology, the field of biology that examines periodic (cyclic) phenomena in living organisms and their adaptation to solar- and lunar-related rhythms.

Etymology

The term "Chronobiology" is derived from the Greek words "Chronos" (time), "bios" (life), and "logos" (study). "International" is derived from the Latin "inter" (between) and "natio" (nation), indicating the global scope of the journal.
