Buffalo Wild Wings
Buffalo Wild Wings
Buffalo Wild Wings is a popular American sports bar and restaurant chain known for its wide variety of chicken wings and sports viewing experience. Founded in 1982 by Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery, the chain has grown to become one of the largest casual dining restaurants in the United States.
History
Buffalo Wild Wings was first established in Columbus, Ohio, when Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery, who were originally from Buffalo, New York, were craving authentic Buffalo-style chicken wings. Unable to find any in their area, they decided to open their own restaurant. The first Buffalo Wild Wings location was opened near The Ohio State University campus, and it quickly gained popularity among students and locals.
Menu
Buffalo Wild Wings is best known for its extensive menu of chicken wings, which are available in a variety of flavors and heat levels. Some of the most popular flavors include Honey BBQ, Asian Zing, and Mango Habanero. In addition to wings, the menu also features a range of other appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
Sports Viewing Experience
One of the key features of Buffalo Wild Wings is its sports viewing experience. Each location is equipped with numerous large flat-screen TVs, allowing customers to watch multiple games simultaneously. The restaurant also offers a lively and energetic atmosphere, making it a popular destination for sports fans to gather and enjoy their favorite games.
Community Involvement
Buffalo Wild Wings is actively involved in supporting local communities through various initiatives. The company has a program called "Team Up for Kids" which focuses on youth sports and education. Through this program, Buffalo Wild Wings partners with local organizations to provide resources and support to young athletes and students.
Locations
Buffalo Wild Wings has a widespread presence across the United States, with over 1,200 locations in all 50 states. The chain has also expanded internationally, with restaurants in Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, among other countries.
