Bibic

Bibic (/ˈbɪbɪk/) is a non-profit organization based in the United Kingdom that specializes in therapies for children with conditions affecting their social, communication, and learning abilities. The term "Bibic" is an acronym for the British Institute for Brain Injured Children, the organization's original name.

Etymology

The term "Bibic" is derived from the initial letters of the British Institute for Brain Injured Children. The organization was founded in 1972 by Keith Pennock and Margaret Mervis, who were inspired by the work of Hungarian physician Dr. Andras Peto.
