History

1800 Tequila is made from 100% blue agave, which is harvested from the highlands of Jalisco. The agave plants are grown for 8-12 years before they are harvested. The piñas, or hearts of the agave, are cooked in traditional stone ovens and then crushed to extract the juice. The juice is then fermented and distilled twice in copper pot stills to produce the tequila.

• 1800 Silver: A clear, unaged tequila that is bottled immediately after distillation.
• 1800 Reposado: A tequila that is aged in oak barrels for at least six months, giving it a smooth, mellow flavor.
