John Doull is a renowned toxicologist known for his significant contributions to the field of toxicology. He is best known for his work on the textbook, Casarett & Doull's Toxicology: The Basic Science of Poisons, which is considered a seminal work in the field.

Early Life and Education[edit]

John Doull was born in the year 1925. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas, where he developed an interest in biology and chemistry. He later attended the University of Chicago, where he earned his medical degree and a PhD in pharmacology.
