International College of Surgeons is a global organization dedicated to promoting excellence in surgical techniques, patient care, and medical ethics. It was founded in 1935 by Dr. Max Thorek and has its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The college is composed of both general surgeons and surgical specialists who are committed to the advancement of surgical excellence.
