Plot

The film follows a group of young backpackers who are stranded in a remote Brazilian village after a bus accident. Initially, they enjoy the local culture and nightlife, but soon they find themselves in a dangerous situation when they are drugged and robbed. As they try to find help, they discover a sinister organ trafficking operation run by a local doctor.
