Leah Totton
Leah Totton (born 22 January 1988) is a British doctor and entrepreneur. She is best known for winning the ninth series of the BBC One reality television programme The Apprentice in 2013. Following her victory, she launched a chain of cosmetic clinics named Dr Leah Clinics.
Early Life and Education
Leah Totton was born in Derry, Northern Ireland. She attended Foyle College before studying medicine at the University of East Anglia, where she graduated with a degree in Medicine (MBBS).
Career
Medical Career
After completing her medical degree, Totton worked as a NHS doctor. She specialized in aesthetic medicine, which involves non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
The Apprentice
In 2013, Totton participated in the ninth series of The Apprentice. She impressed the judges with her business acumen and won the competition, securing a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar to start her own business.
Dr Leah Clinics
With the investment from The Apprentice, Totton founded Dr Leah Clinics, which offer a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser hair removal.
