Mount Hermon is a mountain cluster in the Anti-Lebanon mountain range. Its summit straddles the border between Syria and Lebanon and is the highest point in Syria. The mountain has historical, religious, and geopolitical significance.

Geography[edit]

Mount Hermon is part of the Anti-Lebanon Mountains, which run parallel to the Lebanon Mountains on the eastern side of the Beqaa Valley.
