Stakes (miniseries)
Stakes is an eight-part miniseries that is part of the American animated television series Adventure Time. It originally aired on Cartoon Network from November 16 to November 19, 2015. The miniseries was produced by Frederator Studios and Cartoon Network Studios.
Plot[edit]
The miniseries follows Marceline the Vampire Queen as she attempts to cure her vampirism. With the help of her friends Finn the Human, Jake the Dog, and Princess Bubblegum, Marceline confronts her past and battles five resurrected vampires: the Fool, the Empress, the Hierophant, the Moon, and the Vampire King.

- Princess Bubblegum - The ruler of the Candy Kingdom and a scientist who helps Marceline with her quest.
Production[edit]
Stakes was developed by Pendleton Ward, the creator of Adventure Time, along with Adam Muto and Rebecca Sugar. The miniseries was praised for its deeper exploration of Marceline's character and its darker tone compared to the main series.
