Bloomin' Brands, Inc. is an American restaurant holding company that owns several casual dining restaurant chains. The company is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. It was founded in 1988 by Chris T. Sullivan, Bob Basham, Trudy Cooper, and Tim Gannon. Bloomin' Brands is one of the largest casual dining companies in the world.

Bloomin' Brands was originally known as OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC before changing its name in 2012. The company went public in 1991 and was taken private in 2007 by Bain Capital, Catterton Partners, and the founders. It returned to the public market in 2012.
