Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) is a public university located in the state of Piauí, Brazil. It is one of the main centers for higher education and research in the Northeast region of the country. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across various fields of study, including Medicine, Engineering, Humanities, and Natural Sciences, among others.

The Federal University of Piauí was established in 1968, following the integration of several higher education institutions in the state of Piauí.
