PHCCC

PHCCC is a selective, non-competitive antagonist at the metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype mGluR4. It has been used in scientific research to explore the role of mGluR4 in the central nervous system.

Pharmacology

PHCCC acts as a positive allosteric modulator at mGluR4.
