Soylent is a brand of meal replacement products that are sold in the United States, as well as in other countries. The name Soylent is a reference to the 1973 film Soylent Green, which was based on the 1966 science fiction novel Make Room! Make Room! by Harry Harrison.

History

Soylent was introduced in 2014 by Rosa Labs, a Los Angeles-based company. The creator of Soylent, Rob Rhinehart, developed the formula for the product as a self-experiment in nutrition.

Products
