History

EditGrid was launched in April 2006 by Team and Concepts Ltd. The service was initially free, but a premium version was introduced in 2007. In 2008, EditGrid announced an offline mode, allowing users to work on their spreadsheets without an internet connection. The service was discontinued in 2014.
