Diabetes is a peer-reviewed medical journal that covers research about diabetes mellitus. The journal was established in 1952 and is published by the American Diabetes Association. It publishes 12 issues per year and the editor-in-chief is Martin G. Myers Jr. (University of Michigan).

Diabetes publishes original research about the physiology and pathophysiology of diabetes mellitus.
