My Coke Rewards[edit]

My Coke Rewards was a customer loyalty marketing program for The Coca-Cola Company. It was launched in 2006 and ended in 2017. The program allowed members to enter codes found on specially marked packages of Coca-Cola products to earn points, which could be redeemed for various rewards or sweepstakes entries.

History[edit]

The Coca-Cola Company launched My Coke Rewards on February 20, 2006. It was the largest and most complex customer marketing effort in the company's history. The program was designed to replace the company's previous loyalty program, Coke Music.

Program Details[edit]

Members of My Coke Rewards entered codes found on specially marked packages of Coca-Cola products on the My Coke Rewards website. These codes were converted into virtual "points" which could then be redeemed by members for various types of rewards.

Types of Rewards[edit]

The types of rewards available for redemption included merchandise, gift cards, sweepstakes entries, and charitable donations. The number of points required for a reward varied depending on the item.

End of Program[edit]

On June 30, 2017, My Coke Rewards was officially discontinued. The company announced that it would be replaced with a new loyalty program, Coca-Cola Give, which allows members to donate to schools and causes in their communities.
