History[edit]

Grandiosa was launched in Norway in 1980 by the company Stabburet, which is now a part of Orkla ASA. The pizza quickly gained popularity due to its convenience and taste, and by 1990, it was the best-selling product in the Norwegian grocery market.

Product Range[edit]

The Grandiosa product range includes a variety of different pizzas, including the original Grandiosa, Grandiosa X-tra, and Grandiosa Helmax. The brand also offers a range of other frozen food products, such as lasagna and pasta dishes.

Cultural Impact[edit]

Grandiosa has had a significant cultural impact in Norway. The brand's advertising campaigns, which often feature catchy jingles, are well-known throughout the country. In 2006, the company released a song called "Respekt for Grandiosa" which reached number one on the Norwegian singles chart.
