Symrise was founded in 2003, through the merger of Dragoco Gerberding & Co. AG and Haarmann & Reimer GmbH. Both companies had a long history in the industry, with Dragoco being founded in 1919 and Haarmann & Reimer in 1874. The company is headquartered in Holzminden, Germany.

Products and Services

Symrise offers a wide range of products and services in three segments: Flavor & Nutrition, Scent & Care, and Corporate & Others. The Flavor & Nutrition segment provides flavors for food and beverages, as well as functional ingredients for health products.
