Layered Drink

A layered drink, also known as a layered cocktail or a pousse-café, is a type of mixed drink that consists of multiple colored layers of different ingredients. These layers are created by carefully pouring each ingredient over the back of a spoon, allowing them to settle on top of each other without mixing.

Ingredients

To create a layered drink, you will need the following ingredients:

• Vodka - 1 oz
• Grenadine - 1 oz
• Blue Curacao - 1 oz
• Pineapple juice - 1 oz
• Coconut rum - 1 oz
• Lime juice - 1 oz

Instructions

Follow these steps to create a layered drink:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the vodka into the glass, using the back of a spoon to slow down the pour and create a layer at the bottom.
3. Next, pour the grenadine over the spoon to create the second layer.
4. Repeat the process with the blue curacao, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and lime juice, in that order, creating distinct layers with each ingredient.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
