Prednazate is a combination of prednisolone hemisuccinate with perphenazine, which is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid as well as a typical antipsychotic and sedative/tranquilizer. It was a component of Sixty Six-20, a combination of prednazate (prednisolone hemisuccinate and perphenazine) and chlorpheniramine.
Etymology
The term "Prednazate" is a portmanteau of the two active ingredients it contains: "Prednisolone" and "Perphenazine".
