The service operates three Eurocopter EC135 helicopters, strategically located at bases in Tatenhill Airfield, Strensham Services, and M5 Staverton. Each helicopter is equipped with advanced medical equipment, allowing the onboard paramedics and doctors to provide lifesaving treatment at the scene of an incident and en route to the hospital.

The service operates 365 days a year, with the helicopters flying from 8 am to sunset.
