Richelieu Foods is a private label, or store brand, food producing company that was established in 1862. The company is headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts and operates manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, and Iowa.

History[edit]

Richelieu Foods was originally a division of ConAgra Foods until it was sold to Bryce Foods in 2005. In 2010, the company was acquired by Centerview Partners, an American private equity firm.

Products[edit]

Richelieu Foods is known for producing a wide range of food products under various store brands. These products include frozen pizza, salad dressing, sauces, marinades, condiments, and deli salads. The company also produces a line of organic products.
