Hiroyuki Sakai (坂井 宏行, Sakai Hiroyuki) is a renowned Japanese chef best known for his role as the French cuisine Iron Chef on the popular Japanese television show Iron Chef. He was born on April 2, 1942, in Kagoshima, Japan.
