Konsul-class submersible is a type of deep-sea submersible designed and built in Russia. The Konsul-class submersibles are primarily used for scientific research, deep-sea exploration, and underwater archaeology. They are capable of reaching depths of up to 6,000 meters, making them one of the deepest diving manned submersibles in the world.
