PXD101 - A drug used to treat adults with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or has not improved with other treatments. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. PXD101 blocks certain enzymes needed for cell division and can kill cancer cells. It can also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow and may help make cancer cells easier to kill with other cancer drugs. It's a type of histone deacetylase inhibitor, a type of anti-angiogenesis agent, and a type of chemosensitizer. Also called Beleodaq and Belinostat
