MEN1 syndrome - A rare, inherited disorder that affects the endocrine glands and can cause tumors in the parathyroid, pituitary and pancreas glands. These tumors are usually benign (not cancer). They cause the glands to secrete large amounts of hormones, which can lead to other medical problems like kidney stones, fertility problems, and serious ulcers. In some cases, tumors in the pancreas can become malignant (cancer). Also known as multiple endocrine adenomatosis, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 syndrome and Wermer syndrome
