Clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue - (pronounced) (kleer sel sar-KOH-muh. . . TIH-shoo) soft-tissue tumor that starts in a tendon (tough, cord-like tissue that connects muscle to bone or another part of the body). Under the microscope, a clear cell soft tissue sarcoma can look very similar to a melanoma (a type of skin cancer). Clear cell soft tissue sarcoma usually occurs in the leg or arm and often spreads to nearby lymph nodes. It is most common in young adults
