Bimatoprost - (pronounced) (bih-MA-toh-cheers) drug used by the name Latisse to increase the length, thickness and blackening of eyelashes. It is being studied to increase the growth of eyelashes and eyebrows in patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer. Bimatoprost is also used under the name Lumigan to treat glaucoma (a buildup of fluid in the eye). It lowers intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of natural intraocular fluid from the eye. It's a type of prostaglandin analog
