Deutsch: Tiefe Warzen in den Sohlen und einigen Zehen beider Füße, außerdem zwei Operationsnarben mit Transplantaten am linken Fuß. Durch die starke Schmerzhaftigkeit zumal der Sohlenwarzen ist die 43-jährige Frau annähernd gehunfähig. Weitere Befunde sind ausgeprägte Spreiz- und Plattfüße sowie Hyperhidrose (Schweißfüße).
English: Deepseated warts in the soles and some toes of both feet, at the left foot additionally two surgical scars with skin transplantations. The 43-year old woman is hardly able to walk, due to the extreme painfulness of the condition, especially from the plantar warts. Further clinical findings include severe splay- and flatfeet and hyperhidrosis (sweaty feet). |
