English: Skeletal formula of tenofovir alafenamide—a prodrug of tenofovir. It is generally used as fumarate (see below) in combination antiretroviral drugs such as Genvoya (which consists of elvitegravir (E), cobicistat (C), emtricitabine (F) and tenofovir alafenamide (TAF)).
