English: Boy with Tires (toys), around 1902-1905. Born in 1900 Georg Victor Praefcke, son of a royal Prussian officer from Mecklenburg, photographed in Strasbourg in Alsace, wears a children's palet in the style of the popular Matrosenanzug.
