English: Levels of progesterone (ng/mL) after a single 100 mg dose with different preparations of oral progesterone in 6 postmenopausal women and 1 man. The preparations were all delivered in gelatin capsules and included powdered and plain-milled (non-micronized); powdered, plain-milled, and suspended in oil; powdered and micronized; powdered, micronized, and enteric-coated; and powdered, micronized, and suspended in oil. Progesterone levels were determined using radioimmunoassay (RIA).
