Photos from the 2017 Los Angeles Congress of Neighborhoods - an annual event bringing members of LA's 97 Neighborhood Councils together at City Hall.

This year's NC Congress, which took place Saturday September 9th, featured over 40 workshops on leadership skills and local issues, as well as exhibits and officials from every City government department. Headline speakers included Mayor Eric Garcetti, EmpowerLA (Department of Neighborhood Empowerment) General Manager Grayce Liu, and keynote speaker Mark Ridley-Thomas, Chairman of the LA County Board of Supervisors.
