Description
English: Olympus FluoView FV1000 confocal microscope with stage under automated computer control for producing very large field 3-D mosaics. It is put on a optical table. To prevents air movements and temperature gradients and to keep cells alive during observation the microscope is enclosing in a micro cell incubator (the transparent box of acrylic glass (plexiglas)) - NCMIR
