English: 'Old Christmas', shown riding a yule goat. The original illustration is entitled 'Old Christmas' and is accompanied by a verse: "In furry pall yclad, / His brows enwreathed with holly never sere, / Old Christmas comes to close the wained year: Bampfylde".
