English: Portrait of Marie Curie. First female to win the Nobel prize. She received the Nobel prize in Physics in 1903 along with Henri Becquerel and her husband Pierre Curie for research on radioactivity.
In 1911 she received the Nobel prize again, this time in chemistry for the discovery of radium and polonium.
