Deutsch: Von Kußmaul 1873 sphygmographisch aufgezeichnete Pulskurven: Fig. 1, 2 stammen von Fall 2, Fig. 3 von Fall 3 der Erstveröffentlichung: „Aus diesen Zeichnungen erhellt sich, dass der Puls in der Wirklichkeit nie ganz verschwand, auch wenn er für den tastenden Finger nicht mehr zu existiren schien, war er in freilich verkümmerter Gestalt noch vorhanden.“
