Description	English: Member countries of International Whaling Commission (IWC), which in 1982 adopted a moratorium on whaling, effective in 1986. Member Non member Français : Cartes des pays membres de la Commission baleinière internationale I have assumed that the dependencies of member countries are also members (such as Greenland which depends on Denmark). The areas of these have been filled in but their inidividual circles have not.
