Summary

Description A helical wheel projecting a short amino acid sequence onto an alpha-helix, illustrating the arrangement of amino acids relative to the helix axis. One face is predominantly hydrophobic, the other hydrophilic or polar. (Blue square = aliphatic, red diamond = polar or negatively charged, black octagons = positively charged.)
