Summary

Description Three different types of fructans exist: inulins, levans and the mixed type called graminans. The green (fructose) parts can appear 0 to n times. The bottom structure is really called 6,6&1 kestopentaose. Created with bkchem+inkscape. I created the fructose parts manually to try to reflect real angles in the ring.
